This year we chose whiskey barrels and a few sweet potato liquor barrels to age several ales for our 11th Anniversary Blend. Great Impression, 10 Lizzy Scotch Ale and Twisted Monk took a nap in the barrels and were recently blended to create a depth of malty goodness, a hint of cherries, and a mix of vanilla and coconut barrel notes.
