Livermore Taproom Keyholder
Imagine working for an award-winning brewery, serving delicious beer paired with tasty food, while managing a highly trained and efficient staff. You will need to have what it takes to professionally represent and promote our brand and policies while overseeing restaurant operations. Maintaining procedures and efficiency is a must. You must be a jack of all trades from understanding what comes out of our taps to cash handling. No two shifts look the same, and that’s what makes being a Keyholder an energizing and dynamic position.

The Bartender position is the face of each pour and fosters a quality-driven experience through our award-winning beer and unique story. With our beautiful tasting room as your backdrop and 20+ beers on tap, you will be sure to find the perfect beverage for each of our guests.

Food Service Cashier – Livermore
The Expo is responsible for ensuring Dust Bowl’s standards for the quality of all finished dishes, meal portions, and presentation. Organize delivery of meals to guests by delegating tags and orders. Possess good communication with servers and line cooks regarding dish priorities, kitchen food truck synchronization, and ticket times.

Sous Chef – Livermore
Seeking a long-term career to be an assistant in our company-owned on-site Food Truck, following our Kitchen Manager’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ their culinary skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.

Prep Cook – Livermore
The Prep Cook will cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, bread, and other food products. Use a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

Elk Grove – Dish Machine Operator
A Dish Machine Operator is a perfect role to gain experience in a professional and exciting kitchen environment. You are a hands-on and dynamic part of the kitchen staff and a key function to a successful experience for our guests which contributes to the success of Dust Bowl.

Monterey – Server/Bartender
Dust Bowl servers provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Each server’s primary objective is to create a marvelous experience for our guests so that they will want to repeatedly return and support the Dust Bowl Brand.

Line Cook – Turlock

Packaging Operator I – Turlock
The Packaging Operator I performs packaging duties on the bottle, keg, and canning lines. The position will also be required to assist in inventory management and cleaning of the production areas.
