Food Expo – Livermore
The Expo is responsible for ensuring Dust Bowl’s standards for the quality of all finished dishes, meal portions, and presentation. Organize delivery of meals to guests by delegating tags and orders. Possess good communication with servers and line cooks regarding dish priorities, kitchen food truck synchronization, and ticket times.

Elk Grove – Kitchen Key Holder
Imagine working for an award-winning brewery, serving delicious beer paired with tasty food, while managing a highly trained and efficient staff. You will need to have what it takes to professionally represent and promote our brand and policies while overseeing restaurant operations.

Prep Cook – Turlock
Known for our Okie Nachos and PB&J Burger, our kitchen is responsible for preparing food that pairs perfectly with our Award-Winning beer.
