Brewery & Taproom

Open in 2016, the 30,000 sq.ft. facility is home to the brewery and a full-service taproom and restaurant. The scale, design and décor are a stunning backdrop to the bustling location. The bar offers 20 taps of the freshest Dust Bowl beers available! Guests enjoy expansive views into the brewery from the taproom and bar. The outdoor Beer Garden offers picnic-style seating, another bar with 20 taps, a food truck, and outdoor games, especially enjoyable under the evening market lights. The Beer Garden offers live music on Thursday evenings in the summer, May – September. Reservations are recommended for the restaurant. Dogs are allowed in the Beer Garden only.

10 Lizzy Scotch Ale

The Scottish were some of the first in the UK to brew lager beers. Prior to this, they brewed ales at lower than normal temperatures with small amounts of dark malts. The Scotch ale is a higher strength version of this type of ale with clean malt aromas and flavors and a touch of crystal malt. Malt sweetness dominates this beer’s flavor.

American Wheat

Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat

Our take on the classic American Wheat beer, this ale has a clean wheat and malt aroma and flavor.

Black Blizzard Russian Imperial Stout

Stout - Russian Imperial

ABV: 9.7 | IBU: 80

Originally a stout of British origin, this style of beer became popular with the Czarist Court in Russia. High hop levels and alcohol content, as well as large amounts of dark malts, allowed it to survive the journey to Russia and the surrounding regions. These qualities also make for a beer that ages well, providing layer of flavor that continue to develop over the years. A combination of chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt flavors and aromas are complimented by an assertive bitterness from both dark malts and British hops.

Confused Therapist

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

We applied the Hazy beer processes to Therapist and added Vermont ale yeast for a Therapist with more pineapple and tropical notes and even bigger aroma than the original.

Dirty '30s

Pale Ale - American

ABV: 5.3 | IBU: 30

A blend of Citra and Mosaic hops for bright citrus and pine notes, and a hint of berry in the background. We leaned heavy into the medium crystal malts for a subtle sweetness to support the fruity hops and lend a beautiful light amber color.

Dump Truck Of The Gods

IPA - Quadruple

ABV: 11.7 | IBU: 130

This massive Quadruple IPA uses more malt and hops than should be allowed! Huge aromas of candied orange, papaya, and a little booziness. Full-bodied with caramel malt sweetness, bringing a little balance to the hop flavor. It's big! It's bitter! It's the Dump Truck of the Gods.
