California Golden Ale
This Golden Ale is approachable and satisfying. The crisp, refreshing taste will have you reaching for another no matter what the season.
Cucumber Lime Blonde
A refreshing touch of cucumber and lime makes this blonde ale amazingly drinkable.
Dirty '30s
Light bodied & mild malt allow the Simcoe & Mosaic hops to shine through with huge citrus, tropical & pine aromas. Low bitterness allows for maximum drinkability.
Dust Bowl Days
Dust Bowl Days is a light bodied, easy drinking German-inspired lager with light hop character and crisp malt foundation. This version takes an American turn with the addition of Simcoe hops.
Hobo Pilsner
This German-style Pilsner uses Pilsner malt along with Magnum and Hallertau hops to create a light-flavored, crisp, hoppy lager. Light malt flavors and grainy aroma are complemented by spicy and lemon-like hop notes. The finish is medium-dry with a pleasant, moderate bitterness.
Hops of Wrath IPA
Our flagship IPA uses a variety of hops to create layers of hop flavor and aroma. Citrus and floral notes are upfront, and an assertive, yet not overpowering, bitterness balances the malt base. This is an easy drinking IPA for hop heads everywhere!
Kash Crop Orange Mango Blonde
The big aromas of orange and mango make this an inviting thirst quencher.
Kash Crop - Raspberry
The familiar deliciousness of Kash Crop with a fruit flavor courtesy of raspberry puree.
Red IPA
Cashmere, Chinook and Ekuanot hops lend citrus and stone fruit flavors to this malty sweet Red IPA.
Taco Truck Amber
Smooth amber lager that blends color and flavor without heaviness or bitterness. Rich malty character with light body and smooth finish.
Taco Truck Lager
Clean, crisp character with slight sweetness, light body, smooth mouthfeel and low bitterness.
Peace, Love & Haze
Flavors of pineapple, guava and orange make this hazy an easy drinking tropical delight.
Raspberry Kettle Sour
The huckleberry aroma and color stand out in this fruit forward sour.
Tomorrow's Clear
This IPA is focused on tropical fruit aromas & a smooth bitterness. Specialty malts add a layer of sweetness & Vermont ale yeast helps accentuate the hops with pineapple notes.
Blueberry Pie Smoothie
This smoothie sour is packed with blueberry puree and a hazy sour base for a massive body and loads of fruit flavor, cinnamon and vanilla.
Cherry Pie Picker
9 types of malt, lactose, Sea salt, sweet and tart cherries, vanilla beans and cacao combine for a chocolatey version of a cherry pie in a glass.
Confused Therapist
We applied the Hazy beer processes to Therapist and added Vermont ale yeast for a Therapist with more pineapple and tropical notes and even bigger aroma than the original.
Hops Double IPA
A delicate balance of citrus, pine, and berry notes emerge from this clear, golden double IPA supported by a moderate bitterness.
Dump Truck Of The Gods
This massive Quadruple IPA uses more malt and hops than should be allowed! Huge aromas of candied orange, papaya and a little booziness. Full bodied with caramel malt sweetness, bringing a little balance to the hops flavor. It's big! It's bitter! It's the Dump Truck of the Gods.
M1 ( Limit 1 Glass/Guest)
This is the biggest of the Mega IPA family! We continue to push the strength of the beer and utilize both hop pellets, two forms of hop extract and double dry hopping.
Malteada Horchata Ale
A healthy dose of cinnamon is backed up a grain bill heavy in rice and an addition of lactose for a beery version of horchata.
Pineapple Grenade
This higher strength seltzer is bursting with Pineapple aroma and flavor.
Public Enemy Baltic Porter
This style originated in the region bordering the Baltic Sea and is a take-off on English porters. Originally an ale, brewers in the region switched over to Lager yeast making this big, dark beer extremely smooth and chocolaty. It lacks the roast bitterness of a stout, but has layers of chocolate, coffee, caramel, perhaps toffee, and a wine–like finish.
The Machine
A simple grain bill allows the BRU-1 & Azaca hops to shine with notes of Pineapple. Inspired by Honky Tonk pioneers who soothed the soul with music. Talking Dust Bowl Blues!
Therapist
Science will try to tell you that the human tongue cannot detect more than 80 IBU of bittering; however, this hop-centric Imperial IPA certainly will not leave you wanting for more. Big, bold hop aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and apricot are bracketed by malty sweetness.
