House Drafts

Taco Truck Lager
Clean, crisp character with slight sweetness, light body, smooth mouthfeel and low bitterness.
Hops of Wrath IPA
Our flagship IPA uses a variety of hops to create layers of hop flavor and aroma. Citrus and floral notes are upfront, and an assertive, yet not overpowering, bitterness balances the malt base. This is an easy drinking IPA for hop heads everywhere!
Public Enemy Baltic Porter
This style originated in the region bordering the Baltic Sea and is a take-off on English porters. Originally an ale, brewers in the region switched over to Lager yeast making this big, dark beer extremely smooth and chocolaty. It lacks the roast bitterness of a stout, but has layers of chocolate, coffee, caramel, perhaps toffee, and a wine–like finish.
Taco Truck Amber
Smooth amber lager that blends color and flavor without heaviness or bitterness. Rich malty character with light body and smooth finish.
Lo-Cal Lager
Living in Japan gave our brewmaster an appreciation for light, dry lagers. Light bodied & smooth this lager has subtle hints of coconut & berries while only being 99 calories
Dirty '30s
Light bodied & mild malt allow the Simcoe & Mosaic hops to shine through with huge citrus, tropical & pine aromas. Low bitterness allows for maximum drinkability.
Our take on a traditional German fest beer, we go back in time to when the brews were darker, bigger and still so easy to drink. A malty classic. That's what it is. A beer served during the fest season, originally to celebrate the wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig to Princess Therese in 1810.
Watermelon Berliner Weisse
This refreshing kettle soured wheat beer has a lightly sweet touch of watermelon.
Peach Seltzer
Easy drinking seltzer with big peach aroma and flavor and only 90 Calories
11th Anniversary Barrel Blend
This year we chose whiskey barrels and a few sweet potatoe liquor barrels to age several ales for our 11th Anniversary Blend. Great Impression, 10 Lizzy Scotch ale and Twisted Monk took a nap in the barrels and were recently blended to create a depth of malty goodness, a hint of cherries, and a mix of vanilla and coconut barrel notes.
Peace, Love & Haze
Flavors of pineapple, guava and orange make this hazy an easy drinking tropical delight.
California Line Vanilla Blonde
A hint of vanilla adds a subtle sweet character to this highly drinkable blonde ale that is perfect for both the new craft beer drinker and the seasoned veteran.
Barrel-Aged 10 Lizzy
Whiskey barrel aging adds a smooth character and notes of vanilla to this Scotch ale.
Science will try to tell you that the human tongue cannot detect more than 80 IBU of bittering; however, this hop-centric Imperial IPA certainly will not leave you wanting for more. Big, bold hop aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and apricot are bracketed by malty sweetness.
Confused Therapist
We applied the Hazy beer processes to Therapist and added Vermont ale yeast for a Therapist with more pineapple and tropical notes and even bigger aroma than the original.
Tomorrow's Clear
This IPA is focused on tropical fruit aromas & a smooth bitterness. Specialty malts add a layer of sweetness & Vermont ale yeast helps accentuate the hops with pineapple notes.
Low Ball Lager
This twist on a German-Style dark lager has an addition of Rye Malt for added complexity on a very Oktoberfest-like lager.
Kash Crop Orange Mango Blonde
The big aromas of orange and mango make this an inviting thirst quencher.
Hobo Pilsner
This German-style Pilsner uses Pilsner malt along with Magnum and Hallertau hops to create a light-flavored, crisp, hoppy lager. Light malt flavors and grainy aroma are complemented by spicy and lemon-like hop notes. The finish is medium-dry with a pleasant, moderate bitterness.
The Music Man series continues with this version of Buck, a double hazy with Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo.
Son of Wrath Double IPA
This next generation beer descends from our flagship IPA, Hops of Wrath. The new version of Son of Wrath emerges with a complex hop flavor with notes of grapefruit, and a hint of bubblegum.
Nitro Stout
Coffee and chocolate forward with subtle hop aroma and flavor and a creamy texture.
The Other Blonde
A blonde with a nice mild character. Flaked oats and white wheat give the beer a little sweetness, body and mouthfeel.
Under the Dragon
Living in Japan gave our brew master an appreciation for dry, light lagers brewed with rce. Light bodied and smoothe, this lager has subtle hints oc coconut and lemon.
