ALL BEERS

House Drafts

Taco Truck Lager
Clean, crisp character with slight sweetness, light body, smooth mouthfeel and low bitterness.
Hops of Wrath IPA
Our flagship IPA uses a variety of hops to create layers of hop flavor and aroma. Citrus and floral notes are upfront, and an assertive, yet not overpowering, bitterness balances the malt base. This is an easy drinking IPA for hop heads everywhere!
Therapist
Science will try to tell you that the human tongue cannot detect more than 80 IBU of bittering; however, this hop-centric Imperial IPA certainly will not leave you wanting for more. Big, bold hop aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and apricot are bracketed by malty sweetness.
Confused Therapist
We applied the Hazy beer processes to Therapist and added Vermont ale yeast for a Therapist with more pineapple and tropical notes and even bigger aroma than the original.
NZ IPA
Prized Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron hops from New Zealand provide a range of tropical fruit flavors and a beautifully balanced bitterness in this IPA inspired by a far off land.
Black Blizzard Russian Imperial Stout
Originally a stout of British origin, this style of beer became popular with the Czarist Court in Russia. High hop levels and alcohol content, as well as large amounts of dark malts, allowed it to survive the journey to Russia and the surrounding regions. These qualities also make for a beer that ages well, providing layer of flavor that continue to develop over the years. A combination of chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt flavors and aromas are complimented by an assertive bitterness from both dark malts and British hops.
Kash Crop Orange Mango Blonde
The big aromas of orange and mango make this an inviting thirst quencher.
Dump Truck Of The Gods
This massive Quadruple IPA uses more malt and hops than should be allowed! Huge aromas of candied orange, papaya and a little booziness. Full bodied with caramel malt sweetness, bringing a little balance to the hops flavor. It's big! It's bitter! It's the Dump Truck of the Gods.
Hobo Pilsner
This German-style Pilsner uses Pilsner malt along with Magnum and Hallertau hops to create a light-flavored, crisp, hoppy lager. Light malt flavors and grainy aroma are complemented by spicy and lemon-like hop notes. The finish is medium-dry with a pleasant, moderate bitterness.
Taco Truck Lime
Sea salt and lime were added to a twist on Taco Truck for a light, refreshingly citrusy lager. Perfect for spring and summer.
The Great Impression Stock Ale
Stock ales are brewed at a higher gravity to hold up to extended aging. British hops take a back seat in the ale and provide subtle hop notes and just enough bitterness to support the malt showcase. When fresh, the beer presents with balancing bitterness, but is still dominated by the malt character. Over time, the bitterness subsides and new layers of flavor reveal themselves during the aging process.
Dust Bowl Days
Dust Bowl Days is a light bodied, easy drinking German-inspired lager with light hop character and crisp malt foundation. This version takes an American turn with the addition of Simcoe hops.
Kash Crop - Raspberry
The familiar deliciousness of Kash Crop with a fruit flavor courtesy of raspberry puree.
California Golden Ale
This Golden Ale is approachable and satisfying. The crisp, refreshing taste will have you reaching for another no matter what the season.
Coffee Porter
Cold steeped, Dust Bowl Brewing home roasted Brazilian coffee beans add layers of coffee, roast and fruit flavors to the roast/toast character of the malt.
Hops Double IPA
A delicate balance of citrus, pine, and berry notes emerge from this clear, golden double IPA supported by a moderate bitterness.
Science IPA
10 Lizzy Scotch Ale
The Scottish were some of the first in the UK to brew lager beers. Prior to this, they brewed ales at lower than normal temperatures with small amounts of dark malts. The Scotch ale is a higher strength version of this type of ale with clean malt aromas and flavors and a touch of crystal malt. Malt sweetness dominates this beer’s flavor.
Taco Truck Amber
Smooth amber lager that blends color and flavor without heaviness or bitterness. Rich malty character with light body and smooth finish.
Dirty '30s
Light bodied & mild malt allow the Simcoe & Mosaic hops to shine through with huge citrus, tropical & pine aromas. Low bitterness allows for maximum drinkability.
Peace, Love & Haze
Flavors of pineapple, guava and orange make this hazy an easy drinking tropical delight.
Nitro Stout
Coffee and chocolate forward with subtle hop aroma and flavor and a creamy texture.
The Machine
A simple grain bill allows the BRU-1 & Azaca hops to shine with notes of Pineapple. Inspired by Honky Tonk pioneers who soothed the soul with music. Talking Dust Bowl Blues!
Tomorrow's Clear
This IPA is focused on tropical fruit aromas & a smooth bitterness. Specialty malts add a layer of sweetness & Vermont ale yeast helps accentuate the hops with pineapple notes.
