Under the Dragon

Under the Dragon

Living in Japan gave our brewmaster an appreciation for dry, light lagers brewed with rice.  Light bodied and smooth this lager has subtle hints of coconut and lemon.

Son of Wrath

A new version of Son of Wrath emerges with a complex hop flavor with notes of grapefruit, pin, and a hint of bubblegum.

Therapist

At 100 IBUs, Therapist is surprisingly easy to drink. Bold hop aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits and apricot are bracketed by light malty sweetness that does not overpower.

Taco Truck

This easy-drinking light lager has a nice mild character. Two-Row pale malt and the use of flaked oats and white wheat give the beer a clean, crisp character with a little sweetness, light body and smooth mouthfeel.  Very low bitterness.  Smooth and satisfying!

Hops of Wrath

Our flagship IPA uses a variety of hops to create layers of hop flavor and aroma.  Citrus and floral notes are upfront, and an assertive, yet not overpowering, bitterness balances the malt base. This is an easy-drinking IPA for hop heads everywhere!

Hobo

This German-style Pilsner uses Pilsner malt along with Magnum and Hallertau hops to create a light-flavored, crisp, hoppy lager.  Light malt flavors and grainy aroma are complemented by spicy and lemon-like hop notes.  The finish is medium-dry with a pleasant, moderate bitterness.

Dump Truck of the Gods

The godly hops in this Mega IPA aren’t taking a back seat!  They allow you to take the wheel and drive this monster to your taste buds. Expect a big impact from Apollo, Zeus, Citra, Simcoe and more.

Dirty ’30s

Light body and mild malt presence allow Simcoe and Mosaic hops to shine through with huge citrus, tropical fruit and pine aromas. The low bitterness allows for maximum drinkability.

Confused Therapist

Unfiltered?  Juicy?  Hazy?  New England?  What style is it?  Are you confused?  Don’t be.  This is a smoother, softer version of our extremely popular Therapist Imperial IPA.  Vermont ale yeast and copious amounts of late addition hops give this beer huge tropical juice notes of pineapple and guava.  Every now and then seeing a new Therapist is good for you.
