Our take on the classic American Wheat beer, this ale has a clean wheat and malt aroma and flavor. Available year-round, American Wheat continues to add breadth to the portfolio while providing another easy-drinking option for craft beer fans.

Originally a stout of British origin, this style of beer became popular with the Czarist Court in Russia.  High hop levels and alcohol content, as well as large amounts of dark malts, allowed it to survive the journey to Russia and the surrounding regions.  These qualities also make for a beer that ages well, providing layers of flavor that continue to develop over the years.  A combination of chocolate, coffee and roasted malt flavors and aromas are complemented by an assertive bitterness from both dark malts and British hops.

Unfiltered?  Juicy?  Hazy?  New England?  What style is it?  Are you confused?  Don’t be.  This is a smoother, softer version of our extremely popular Therapist Imperial IPA.  Vermont ale yeast and copious amounts of late addition hops give this beer huge tropical juice notes of pineapple and guava.  Every now and then seeing a new Therapist is good for you.

When the work day is done, it’s time to punch the clock. We put in some lifting for you and got heavy handed with the hops, so you only have to worry about a 16 oz curl packed with Mosaic Nelson Suvin, and Simcoe.

Light body and mild malt presence allow Simcoe and Mosaic hops to shine through with huge citrus, tropical fruit and pine aromas. The low bitterness allows for maximum drinkability.

Our take on a traditional German fest beer, we go back in time to when the brews were darker, bigger and still so easy to drink. A malty classic.That’s what it is. A beer served during the fest season, originally to celebrate the wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig to Princess Therese in 1810.

This tropical delight introduces a healthy addition of peach in the fermenter creating another layer of fruit to our popular Peace, Love & Haze, which boasts pineapple, guava and orange notes.

This style originated in the region bordering the Baltic Sea and is a take-off on English porters. Originally an ale, brewers in the region switched over to Lager yeast making this big, dark beer extremely smooth and chocolaty. It lacks the roast bitterness of a stout, but has layers of chocolate, coffee, caramel, perhaps toffee and a wine-like finish.

Soul Crusher prepares us for the winter months ahead. With big, dark rum notes and a flavor of liquid rum cake, this beer is commonly part of our barrel-aged blends. This standalone beer needs no barrels.

Few brewers will take a wheat beer to the level of a wheat wine, but we did. Strawberry puree added toward the end of fermentation provides natural strawberry flavor and aroma, without adding additional sweetness. The 8.4% alcohol by volume is well hidden making for an incredibly drinkable fruit wheat wine.

This easy-drinking light lager has a nice mild character. Two-Row pale malt and the use of flaked oats and white wheat give the beer a clean, crisp character with a little sweetness, light body and smooth mouthfeel.  Very low bitterness.  Smooth and satisfying!

This IPA is focused on tropical fruit aromas and a smooth bitterness. Specialty malts add a layer of sweetness and Vermont ale yeast helps accentuate the hops with passion fruit notes.
