Learn MoreThis year we chose whiskey barrels and a few sweet potato liquor barrels to age several ales for our 11th Anniversary Blend. Great Impression, 10 Lizzy Scotch ale and Twisted Monk took a nap in the barrels and were recently blended to create a depth of malty goodness, a hint of cherries, and a mix of vanilla and coconut barrel notes.

Unfiltered? Juicy? Hazy? New England? What style is it? Are you confused? Don’t be. This is a smoother, softer version of our extremely popular Therapist Imperial IPA. Vermont ale yeast and copious amounts of late addition hops give this beer huge tropical juice notes of pineapple and guava. Every now and then seeing a new Therapist is good for you.
Light body and mild malt presence allow Simcoe and Mosaic hops to shine through with huge citrus, tropical fruit and pine aromas. The low bitterness allows for maximum drinkability.
This German-style Pilsner uses Pilsner malt along with Magnum and Hallertau hops to create a light-flavored, crisp, hoppy lager. Light malt flavors and grainy aroma are complemented by spicy and lemon-like hop notes. The finish is medium-dry with a pleasant, moderate bitterness.

The Mega IPA family grows! For Prone, we focus on hops with sweet fruit and berry notes: Idaho Gem, El Dorado and Mosaic.
Few brewers will take a wheat beer to the level of a wheat wine, but we did. Strawberry puree added toward the end of fermentation provides natural strawberry flavor and aroma, without adding additional sweetness. The 8.4% alcohol by volume is well hidden making for an incredibly drinkable fruit wheat wine.
An assist from Champagne yeast brings this massive IPA into the Mega category. Citrus and tropical notes fade to the background behind big notes of stone fruit.
This easy-drinking light lager has a nice mild character. Two-Row pale malt and the use of flaked oats and white wheat give the beer a clean, crisp character with a little sweetness, light body and smooth mouthfeel. Very low bitterness. Smooth and satisfying!
This smooth-drinking amber lager blends color and flavor without heaviness or bitterness. It showcases a rich malty character with a light body and smooth finish.
At 100 IBUs, Therapist is surprisingly easy to drink. Bold hop aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits and apricot are bracketed by light malty sweetness that does not overpower.
What’s better than a Hazy IPA? A series of Double Hazy IPAs! Brewmaster Oliver showcases his mastery of balancing flavor and aroma with a significant yet subtle alcohol presence. Today’s Hazy, our second quarterly release, delivers a mango and candied-orange aroma from the Cashmere and Citra hops.
This IPA is focused on tropical fruit aromas and a smooth bitterness. Specialty malts add a layer of sweetness and Vermont ale yeast helps accentuate the hops with passion fruit notes.
