Brewery & Taproom

Open in 2016, the 30,000 sq.ft. facility is home to the brewery and a full-service taproom and restaurant. The scale, design and décor are a stunning backdrop to the bustling location. The bar offers 20 taps of the freshest Dust Bowl beers available! Guests enjoy expansive views into the brewery from the taproom and bar. The outdoor Beer Garden offers picnic-style seating, another bar with 20 taps, a food truck, and outdoor games, especially enjoyable under the evening market lights. The Beer Garden offers live music on Thursday evenings in the summer, May – September. Reservations are recommended for the restaurant. Dogs are allowed in the Beer Garden only.

Public Enemy Baltic Porter

This style originated in the region bordering the Baltic Sea and is a take-off on English porters. Originally an ale, brewers in the region switched over to Lager yeast making this big, dark beer extremely smooth and chocolaty. It lacks the roast bitterness of a stout, but has layers of chocolate, coffee, caramel, perhaps toffee, and a wine–like finish.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Stout

This beer beautifully blends the coffee, chocolate and roasted character of a traditional stout with the seasonal goodness of a pumpkin pie. Whole chunks of baked pumpkin, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice were all added to this stout to make it a delicious holiday offering. To add the whipped cream on top we included milk sugar in the boil and decided to serve the beer on a nitrogen tap, creating a smooth, velvety texture.
