Old Town Tap House

The Old Town Tap House treats guests to Dust Bowl Brewing Company’s signature aesthetic showcasing a mix of finishes and furnishings in a stunning, historic brick building. From inside booths to outdoor couches and shared tables, seating options abound to enjoy beers in a lively, social setting. Guests are treated to two 30-tap bars, serving indoor and outdoor patrons, featuring Dust Bowl’s large portfolio of year-round and rotating specialty beers and seltzers. The Kitchen, located inside the taproom, provides a vast food menu. Fire pits, overhead fans, and market lights are an ideal complement to the outdoor space.

Tropical IPA

Our Beer of the Month! Upcoming Pint Night on 11/20. Ask your server for details. This IPA is focused on tropical fruit aromas and smooth bitterness. Specialty malts add a layer of sweetness, and Vermont ale yeast helps accentuate the hops with passion fruit notes.

American Wheat

Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat

ABV: 4.5 | IBU: 7

Our take on the classic American Wheat beer, this ale has a clean wheat and malt aroma and flavor.

Beginner's Luck Oatmeal Stout

Stout - Oatmeal

ABV: 5.5 | IBU: 20

This stout leans very British. Dark roasted grains lend notes of coffee and bakers chocolate, while flaked oats soften the overall character and finish lightly sweet.

Confused Therapist

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

ABV: 10.4 | IBU: 60

We applied the Hazy beer processes to Therapist and added Vermont ale yeast for a Therapist with more pineapple and tropical notes and even bigger aroma than the original.

Course Correction

Farmhouse Ale - Saison

The flavorful Saison yeast lends a spiciness reminiscent of black pepper with lemony citrus notes to this easy drinking version of a Belgian-style farmhouse ale.

Day Ender

Dirty '30s

Pale Ale - American

ABV: 5.3 | IBU: 30

A blend of Citra and Mosaic hops for bright citrus and pine notes, and a hint of berry in the background. We leaned heavy into the medium crystal malts for a subtle sweetness to support the fruity hops and lend a beautiful light amber color.

Dragonfruit Kettle Sour

Dragonfruit adds a tropical sweetness to balance out the tartness of this light colored kettle sour.

Dust Bowl IPA

A smooth bitterness and fresh hop aroma from Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Strata hops brings the full spectrum of hop flavors with notes of citrus, passionfruit, and berries.

This golden color Cold IPA is built to showcase hops. A simple grain bill with an addition of rice and a clean fermentation with lager yeast allows the hops to shine through with notes of passionfruit, pine, and citrus, moderate bitterness, and a crisp, dry finish.

Soul Crusher is the biggest, most complex beer that we have ever brewed. This giant, deep brown stock ale has an assertive, yet balancing bitterness and a complex malt presence with very subtle British hop influence. The addition of brown sugar adds another layer of complexity and a rum-like quality to the brew.

Science will try to tell you that the human tongue cannot detect more than 80 IBU of bittering; however, this hop-centric Imperial IPA certainly will not leave you wanting for more. Big, bold hop aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and apricot are bracketed by malty sweetness.
