Taproom Manager – Livermore
The Taproom Manager plans, directs, and oversees all restaurant operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met, and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency. Professionally represent and promote Dust Bowl Co.'s brand.

The Server provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to create a marvelous experience for our guests so that they will want to repeatedly return and support the Dust Bowl Brand.

The Bartender position is the face of each pour and fosters a quality-driven experience through our award-winning beer and unique story. With our beautiful tasting room as your backdrop and 20+ beers on tap, you will be sure to find the perfect beverage for each of our guests.

Food Expo – Livermore
The Food Expo is responsible for ensuring Dust Bowl’s standards for the quality of all finished dishes, meal portions, and presentation. Organizing delivery of meals to guests by delegating tags and orders between FOH and BOH.

Line Cook – Livermore
Our kitchen is responsible for preparing food that pairs perfectly with our Award-Winning beer. You would be responsible for the accurate and efficient preparation of meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products.

Prep Cook – Livermore
The Prep Cook will cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, bread, and other food products. Use a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

A Dish Machine Operator is a perfect role to gain experience in a professional and exciting kitchen environment. You are a hands-on and dynamic part of the kitchen staff and a key function to a successful experience for our guests.

Elk Grove Positions
Keyholder – Elk Grove
Imagine working for an award-winning brewery, serving delicious beer paired with tasty food, while managing a highly trained and efficient staff. You will need to have what it takes to professionally represent and promote our brand and policies while overseeing restaurant operations. You must be a jack of all trades from understanding what comes out of our taps to cash handling, it is your responsibility to support our staff and our guests. No two shifts look the same, and that’s what makes being a Keyholder an energizing and dynamic position.
